Fluoride Water Filter
• This sealed water filter uses the latest technologies
that blend the adsorption capabilities of coconut shell activated carbon
with REDOX, (which has been tested to drastically reduce or effectively
remove: Chlorine, Lead, Arsenic, Barium, Cadmium, Chromium, Selenium,
Mercury, Iron and other metals that may be present in the water) and fine-mesh
pre-resin media (SIR-900) to the unit to reduce fluorides below 0.5 ppm.
Capacity is up to 11,000 ppm with effluent levels below 0.2 ppm from 10
ppm feed. Note: high pH and high bicarbonate levels reduce capacity-above
100 ppm bicarbonate, reduction by 50%; above 200 ppm, reduction by 75%.
Also effectively removes arsenic.
• Sits on the counter and easily connects to any
kitchen faucet.
• A diverter valve switches between filtered and
unfiltered water.
• It can be easily back washed. Semi annually back
washing of the unit not only ensures balanced filtration and eliminates
the potential for channeling, but also back-flushes the unit. |
